Virtual assistant pricing
Virtual assistant seats from $600 to $1,600 a month.
A part time seat is $600 to $900 a month for around 20 hours a week. A full time seat is $1,000 to $1,600 for around 40 hours a week. The function, tools, hiring requirements and coverage determine the exact number. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract and no hidden recruitment charge.
What you should know before a call
- No setup, onboarding or recruitment fee
- Month to month with no minimum term
- Continuously staffed roles can begin within 3 business days after access
- Replacement if the person is not right
- Your company owns every account, lead, login and file
You receive one written price before signing. That is the monthly seat price.
Part time or full time, with both ranges published
You are buying supervised capacity for an ongoing function, not a bundle of unrelated tasks. The written proposal sets the role, schedule, systems and exact monthly price.

Before you sign
We put the role, coverage, systems, inclusions and one exact monthly number in writing. The published ranges are not teaser prices and the quote is not a negotiation against a hidden rate card.
Four things determine the exact seat price
Each factor affects what the seat costs us to staff and support. Your company size, revenue and urgency are not on the list.
The function
General administrative and customer service roles are easier to staff than bookkeeping, design or sales roles that require a narrower skill set. See all seven functions on the services page.
The systems
A familiar CRM, accounting platform or support desk has a shorter ramp. A specialist system that requires extra training can place the seat higher in the range.
Whether we must recruit
A continuously staffed function can often begin quickly. A named specialism that we must recruit and test takes longer and costs more to staff. There is still no separate recruitment fee.
The coverage
Part time is around 20 hours a week. Full time is around 40. The proposal states the agreed working schedule so both sides know what capacity the price covers.
How different roles can land inside the range
These are illustrations, not client case studies or guaranteed quotes. Your written proposal is based on the actual role and systems.
Part time admin on familiar tools
Recurring inbox, calendar and CRM work in systems already in place, with no special recruitment requirement.
Illustrative price: $600 a month.
Full time real estate acquisitions caller
A calling seat trained into your market, lead list and script, with the dialer, minutes and phone numbers included.
Illustrative price: around $1,300 a month.
Full time recruited bookkeeping specialist
A scarcer function in an accounting system that requires targeted recruiting and a longer ramp.
Illustrative price: up to $1,600 a month.
What the seat includes, and what remains yours
Read both columns. A useful price comparison includes the tools, management and ownership model, not only the monthly number.
Inside the seat price
- The specialist for the agreed schedule and function
- A named floor supervisor who reviews the work
- Onboarding, shadowing and process documentation
- Daily notes, a weekly summary and dashboard access
- Team cover when your specialist is out
- Replacement if the person is not right
- Call recording and scoring when calling is part of the seat and the approved system supports it
Not inside the seat price
- Your third-party software. It stays in your company account and is billed to you by the provider without a GrowthDesk markup.
- Your ad spend. It stays on your card inside your ad account.
- Data above a real estate allowance. A real estate seat covers the lead platform up to $120 a month; approved spend above that remains yours.
- Standalone builds or campaigns. One-off websites, account rebuilds and scoped campaigns are quoted against deliverables.
- Licensed US professional work. We do not provide legal advice, tax filing or licensed real estate activity.
See how onboarding and the first working days are structured
Ongoing marketing work can be a seat. One-off work is scoped.
A recurring marketing operations role can sit in the same part time or full time model as any other function. A one-off website build, SEO cleanup, campaign setup or design project is different: the proposal should name the deliverables, timeline and price before work begins.
Why the distinction matters
An hourly seat is useful for ongoing ownership. A fixed scope is clearer when the outcome is a defined build or campaign. In both cases, your accounts, creative files, history and spend data remain in your company systems.
What a real estate seat includes beyond the specialist
The same two seat ranges apply, with calling infrastructure included so a low headline rate does not become a larger phone bill.
Dialer, minutes and phone numbers
The calling tools required for the approved workflow are included. There is no separate per-minute or phone-number charge from GrowthDesk VA.
Your lead platform
The platform account is in your company name so the licence, data and lead history remain yours. If you already have the platform, we work in your account and do not duplicate the allowance.
Four things to inspect before choosing a provider
A sales promise is not proof. Ask to see the controls that will exist on your own account.
- Meet the responsible supervisor. Know who reviews the role and how you contact that person when work is stuck.
- Read the rubric and sample reporting. Calling roles should have a written scoring method; non-calling roles should have role-specific checks and a clear escalation path.
- Open the dashboard yourself. Your access should not depend on an account manager forwarding selected screenshots.
- Test phone controls where they apply. When your calling system and approved process support monitor, whisper or barge, those controls remain in your account. Recording and monitoring must follow the laws and consent rules that apply to your campaign.
The price is only useful when the exit is clear
Compare every provider on the first-month total, minimum term, account ownership and what happens when the assigned person is not right.
No setup fee
No setup, onboarding or recruitment fee. Ask any provider to state the complete first-month cost in writing rather than comparing only an hourly rate.
Month to month
No minimum term and no annual commitment. We recommend enough time to document and stabilize the role, but that recommendation is not a lock-in.
Your company owns the work
Accounts, leads, logins, files and process documents stay in your company systems. If the relationship ends, the operating history does not disappear with the vendor.
Compare the seat with the fully loaded alternative
This is a broad benchmark, not a claim that every role or market costs the same. It shows why salary alone is not the correct comparison.
Sources: US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, May 2025 wage data, and the US Small Business Administration employee-cost guide. The calculation does not adjust for geography, role seniority, equipment, recruiting or office costs. See the fuller model comparison on why in-house.
When GrowthDesk VA is the wrong fit
A clear no is more useful than a sales call that should never have happened.
The lowest possible price is the priority
A freelancer marketplace is usually cheaper. Our price includes a supervised seat, team cover and operating controls.
Procurement requires certifications we do not hold
We do not currently publish SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we do not claim a nonexistent HIPAA certification. Ask about the controls you require before sharing regulated data.
You require continuous 24/7 coverage
GrowthDesk VA operates from one operations center. A follow-the-sun provider may fit better when work cannot hand over between shifts.
You want one person to own unrelated specialist jobs
Bookkeeping, outbound sales and graphic design are different seats. Combining them usually weakens all three.
No system or owner exists for the work
We can document an imperfect process, but a seat cannot invent business rules that nobody in the company can approve.
You need a guaranteed result in the first month
The first month includes access, cleanup, documentation and calibration. We do not publish a free trial or money-back guarantee.
What we do not currently publish
We do not currently publish client logos, case studies, testimonials, retention figures or a claimed hours-saved percentage. The practical evidence is the role definition, written price, account ownership, supervisor access, reporting and controls you can inspect.
Virtual assistant pricing questions
Why publish a range instead of one price?
A general administrative seat and a recruited bookkeeping specialist do not cost the same to staff. The published range shows the complete span. The function, systems, hiring requirement and coverage determine the exact written number.
What puts a seat at the bottom of the range?
A straightforward function in tools you already run and we have staffed before, without a special recruitment requirement. The proposal still names the role, schedule and exact price before you sign.
Is there a setup, onboarding or recruitment fee?
No. Onboarding, shadowing and process documentation are inside the monthly seat price. If a role requires targeted recruiting, that factor can place the ongoing seat higher in the published range, but there is no separate recruitment charge.
Is the agreement month to month?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no annual commitment. The written agreement is the controlling document, so read its billing and cancellation terms before signing.
How fast can a seat start?
For a continuously staffed function, approved work can begin within 3 business days after required access is available. A specialist role that must be recruited takes longer; the expected start date is stated in the proposal.
Who pays for software and ad spend?
Your company pays third-party providers directly, using accounts it owns. GrowthDesk VA does not add a reseller markup. Real estate calling seats are the stated exception: the dialer, minutes and phone numbers are included, and the lead platform is covered up to $120 a month.
Can marketing work use the same seat pricing?
Yes, when the work is an ongoing role such as content operations, campaign support or reporting. A one-off website, campaign setup, account rebuild or design project is quoted against an approved scope instead.
