Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to visitors to growthdeskva.com and to clients using services provided by GrowthDesk VA. It protects our personnel, clients, systems and the people contacted through approved client campaigns.

1. Prohibited use

You must not use our website or services to:

• Break the law or direct our personnel to do so.
• Send messages or place calls in breach of telemarketing, email, privacy or messaging law.
• Contact a number that must be suppressed under an applicable national, state or company-specific do-not-call rule.
• Misrepresent who is calling, use a false identity, or conceal the commercial purpose of a call.
• Harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone.
• Give us personal information, credentials, lists or other data you have no right to provide or use.
• Infringe intellectual property or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

2. Rules our personnel will follow

Our personnel will not make a knowingly false statement, conceal a required recording or monitoring disclosure, continue recording after consent is refused, or ignore a do-not-call request. We may refuse an instruction that conflicts with law, this policy, an approved script or a campaign-specific compliance rule.

3. Lists and instructions supplied by clients

A client that supplies a list or campaign instruction confirms that it has the right to provide and use it for the approved purpose. GrowthDesk VA also retains its own legal and contractual obligations. A client’s confirmation does not require us to use data or follow instructions that we reasonably believe are unlawful or unsafe.

4. Enforcement

We may pause or end affected work while we investigate a suspected breach. We will normally explain the concern and give the client an opportunity to correct it, unless immediate action or reporting is required by law or needed to protect another person.
