These terms govern use of growthdeskva.com. Client services are governed by a separate signed service agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.

1. Contracting entity

These terms are between you and jeyadmerfuddigital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as GrowthDesk VA. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website describes our services and lets a visitor contact us or schedule a call. Website content is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice and not an offer that can be accepted without a signed service agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may view the website, contact us and share links to public pages. You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, use the website to send unlawful messages, or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without written permission. Our Acceptable Use Policy also applies.

4. Intellectual property

The original text, design, logo and brand materials on this website are owned by or licensed to us. The GrowthDesk VA name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Rights in third-party names, logos and services belong to their owners.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every statement will remain current. Prices, availability, service descriptions and business figures may change. A written proposal and signed agreement control an actual purchase.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may link to Calendly, Google and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website. Our total liability arising only from the website is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or gross negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not rewrite an earlier signed service agreement.

10. Governing law and venue

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable right or jurisdiction, disputes arising solely from use of this website must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
